Are you factory or trading company?
We are a company integrating research, production and trade as a whole,over 20 years of experience in faucet and other bathroom items manufacturing.
What is your MOQ, Payment , Lead time and Transportation?
Standard Order:
- MOQ: 100 PCS/ITEM
- Lead time: 35 days after receiving deposit.
- Terms of payment: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
- Transportation: Normally, It will be delivered to customer by sea.
How to get samples?
You can order one or few pcs sample to check our product quality firstly. 1.MOQ: 1 PC/ITEM 2.Lead time: One week after receiving payment. 3.Terms of payment: 100% T/T deposit. 4.Transportation: Normally, we will deliver the sample faucets via international express, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS.
Do you charge for samples and freight ?
As per our company policy, the samples and freight will be on customer’s account. But if the formal order placed,the cost will be returned back.
What is the Warranty for the products ?
We have 5 years warranty. 1.Free shipping of parts that need to be replaced. 2.We will compensate the whole set of products for free and send it to you together with the next new order. 3.The compensation will be deducted directly from the final payment of the order in progress or from the next new order.
Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?
YES.We can offer laser marking for free.

Our main market is in Europe,Middle East and Russia etc.
